Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid digital services and guide packages from Growkne. It operates alongside your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Where the CGA provides greater protection, those rights prevail.
1. Digital Services
We provide access to movement guides, weekly templates, and educational content delivered electronically. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds for change of mind may be limited once access has begun — unless the CGA entitles you to a remedy because services fail to meet statutory guarantees.
2. When You May Be Entitled to a Refund
- Services were not provided with reasonable care and skill.
- Services are not fit for a particular purpose you told us about before purchase.
- Technical faults prevented access for more than five business days after you reported the issue and we could not resolve it.
- You were charged in error or billed duplicate amounts.
- Content materially differed from the description at the point of sale.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle unless required by the CGA.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email inquiry@growkne.world with:
- Your full name and email used for purchase
- Order or transaction reference
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Remedies Under the CGA
Depending on whether a failure is minor or substantial, remedies may include refund, compensation, or having the service re-performed. See our Consumer Information page for full details.
6. Disputes
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal (www.disputestribunal.govt.nz) for eligible claims, or seek advice from Citizens Advice Bureau (www.cab.org.nz).
