These Terms of Use govern your access to growkne.world and services provided by Growkne, based in Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Growkne provides educational movement guides, weekly flow templates, and related digital content for general fitness and wellbeing. We are not a medical provider, registered health practitioner, or clinical service. Content is informational only.

2. New Zealand Consumer Law

If you acquire services from us as a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA) apply. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights you have under the CGA where they cannot be lawfully excluded. See our Consumer Information page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By accessing the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement or have parental consent.

4. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Physical activity carries inherent risks. Our content is not medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Consult a registered health professional before beginning a new exercise programme if you have health concerns, injuries, or are pregnant. You participate at your own risk and within your own limits.

5. No Guaranteed Results

We do not promise specific fitness, weight, or health outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed results. Progress depends on many factors including consistency, starting point, and personal circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform content without written permission.
Disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise site security.
Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.
Use automated scraping tools without authorisation.

7. Intellectual Property

Guides, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to Growkne. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted. All other rights are reserved.

8. Account and Access

Where account access is provided, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Growkne is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months, or NZD $100 if no payment was made — except where liability cannot be limited under the CGA or other applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts. You may also use the Disputes Tribunal or other remedies available under New Zealand law.
